You might find the answer to your question below. These are the things people ask us about most often:
- Is this site really free? Yes, completely. All our calculators are free to use with no sign-up required. We keep the site running through advertising, which means you never have to pay for anything. See our FAQ for more details.
- Do you give financial advice? No. We provide educational tools and general information only. Our calculators help you explore different scenarios, but they are not a substitute for professional financial advice. If you are making a significant financial decision, please consult a licensed financial advisor who can assess your individual circumstances.
- I found a bug or something looks wrong. Please let us know! Include the browser you are using (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.), what device you are on (phone, tablet, desktop), and a description of what happened versus what you expected. Screenshots are always helpful.
- Can you add a calculator for [something]? We love hearing feature requests. We have a growing list of tools we plan to build, and knowing what our users want helps us prioritise. Drop us an email with your idea and we will add it to the list.
- Can I use your calculators on my website? Our tools and content are proprietary. Please see our Terms of Service for details on usage rights. If you have a specific request, reach out and we can discuss it.
- How do you handle my data? We take privacy seriously. We don't collect personal information beyond standard website analytics. Your calculator inputs are never stored or transmitted. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
What to Expect
When you send us an email, here is what happens:
- We read it. Every message gets read by an actual person on our team, not a bot or an automated system.
- We'll reply within 24-48 hours. Most emails get a response within a day. If your question requires more investigation, such as a complex bug report, we will let you know we are looking into it and follow up once we have an answer.
- We'll be honest. If something is outside our area of expertise, we will tell you. If a feature request is on our roadmap, we will let you know. If it is not something we can do, we will explain why.
We genuinely appreciate people taking the time to write in. Feedback from real users is what drives this project forward, and many of our improvements have come directly from suggestions sent through this page.
